PLEASE BRIEFLY ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS.
1. Why are you interested in Princeton Student Agencies? What benefits do you hope to get out of leading an agency?
2. Provide a brief description of your present and anticipated time commitments for the upcoming academic year, including academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities. Include a detailed (as possible) projection of your summer commitments. What effect might your appointment as manager have on your time commitments?
3. Please identify and explain what you feel is the single most important element to the success of any business venture. (Consider this question as it may apply to Princeton Student Agencies, ignoring the elements of capitalization, location, and legal considerations.)
4. As a business leader, you will be required to prioritize time you devote to manager responsibilities. Describe how you envision your time being spent by individually listing each business operation task that requires your time as well as the percentage of total time commitment you see yourself devoting to each task. You do not need to describe each task heading in detail, simply state it and place a percentage figure next to it. The total should add up to 100%.
5. Describe the character qualities you would like to see in your key personnel and discuss the screening process you would use to discern these qualities when hiring.
6. As a Princeton Student Agency Manager, you will have the opportunity to act on your own initiative and partake in the entrepreneurial expertise first hand. Please address any issues that will be of prime importance to the successful operation of your business which have not been previously addressed.
7. If you are interested in managing a specific Agency, please elaborate on the following. Include a basic description of the agency's operation and your vision for the agency. Feel free to present this section in outline form. Although it is intended to be brief, this section should reflect your thoughtful consideration of what you believe to be the essential and key elements to an agency's successful operation. You should also include any improvements or enhancements you propose to make. (You will be given an opportunity to elaborate on your ideas during the interview process.
